It's a green year for me and I want to find environmentally friendly products for my family. CleanWell is a company that effectively eliminates harmful germs without the use of toxic chemicals. A word from their CEO, "We want to do our part to make it easy for people to stop compromising when it comes to their health, the health of their families, and the health of our planet."Here is some information about CleanWell:
"The active ingredient in CleanWell products is Ingenium a patent blend of plant oils that is proven to kill 99.99% of germs. Imitating nature's own germ-fighting technique, Ingenium is a sustainable technology that is uniquely poised to replace toxic and synthetic alternatives."
I received their All-Natural Antibacterial Hand Soap in the scent lavender. Every bottle of CleanWell is filled with natural ingredients, right down to the fragrance. The foaming hand soap smells fresh and works very well. My kids have it in their bathroom and their pump and bottle is very easy to use. I love the wider pump verses the thinner pumps we've been using.
I also had the chance to try out their All-Natural Hand Sanitizers. I received their four scents: Lavender, Orange Vanilla, Spearmint Lime and Citrus Herb. I love the spray design instead of the gels you find elsewhere. The sprays kill 99.9% of germs including Salmonella, E.Coli and MRSA, are alcohol free, safe for kids and contain all natural ingedients. They also left my skin soft and was great on my sensitive skin. The handy bottle is a perfect size for my purse and I'll get 4 times more uses per ounce than my old alcohol gels.
Celebrities are also fans of CleanWell products! They just got confirmation from Matthew McConaughey's publicist that he and Camilla Alves have received and are using CleanWell Soaps and Hand Sanitizers with their baby Levi as part of their efforts to select green and healthy products. Bath & Body Works has also started carrying their line of Hand Sanitizing Sprays.
CleanWell's products are really wonderful and I know I'm giving my family the absolute best. I know you want the same thing for yours. That is why CleanWell is giving one lucky winner FOUR 1 oz. All-Natural Hand Sanitizing Sprays and their Lavender Foaming Hand Soap.

I love using green products because I know that my child will be safer away from all the toxic chemicals that he is already exposed to in the environment--plus it will hopefully make the earth a bit better for when he grows up!

It feels good to not be quite as wasteful, although I could do more. I feel good about every single can, every cardboard box, and plastic bottle I recycle. Everytime I shut off the lights or when I get in the car with my husband to carpool, I feel at least I'm doing something to change my habits for the better.

I think their background story is just great. What better reason to try and change our toxic products than for the health of a child?
Besides carpooling, we always try to buy energy effiencient appliance and lightbulbs. We do our best to recycle and reuse. We still have a lot to learn and improve on though.
I never paid any attention to the chemical labels on the bottles, usually just grabbed the one that did what I wanted in the cheapest price. My kids survived but sometimes I wonder how with some of the things in products. About 25years ago I went to work in a office that had to keep MSDS sheets on every product brought into the plant. I had to look at every chemical and label the bottles with hazordous contents. I was shocked at some of the things I found. Still I did nothing. Sometimes I would check labels on products I brought into my home, but not very often.Last year with the Green campain I began to look at things differently. I checked my shelves and through out most everything.
